Manuel was born on November 30, 1951 and passed away on Monday, September 17, 2018.

Manuel was a resident of Elizabeth, New Jersey at the time of passing.

He graduated Union Hill High School in 1971where he was a star football player and was in the Sports Hall of Fame and he was an all Hudson County Quarterback.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Thursday September 20th in the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home 301 E. Blancke Street Linden.
